摘要
实施素质教育是当代中国教育改革和发展的主旋律,是科教兴国的根本举措,是一种新的教育理念。它有深刻的内涵和必要性,但是,在其引领下的大学外语教学中实施素质教育又存在着诸多问题。鉴于这些问题,必须寻求在大学外语教学中促进素质教育发展的应对策略。
Putting quality - oriented education into practice is the major melody of the modem society in China, which is the fundamental move of rejuvenating China by science and technology, and is also a new educational conception. It has deep implications and necessity, but there are many problems to be solved in college English teaching. So quite a few measures have to be found in promoting quality - oriented education.
