摘要
进入 2 1世纪的中国高职法律教育在蓬勃发展的同时 ,也面临着全新的挑战。如何在办学中实现同经济和社会发展相适应 ,更好地为社会主义市场经济服务 ,这是摆在每一所高职法律院校和每一位法学教育工作者面前的现实问题。找准自身定位 ,寻求正确发展方向和途径是高职法律教育的关键所在。
In the 21 Century, Chinese higher occupation law education has a flourlishing development. On the same time, it faces a new challenge. How to carry out the adaption of economy and society development in running a school, how to serve the socialistic market economy better, they are a practical question to every higher law school and every law education operator. The keys are finding out the orientation of oneself exactly, looking after the right development direction and ways.
