摘要
“三业”素质教育以农业行业背景和高职教育人才培养目标为出发点 ,将专业素质与非专业素质有机结合 ,以培养学生成功就业素质、成功创业素质为核心 ,构建科学合理的目标体系、实施体系、保障体系、评价体系。
Form the point view of agricultural background and purpose of talent-training, ＂three- aspects＂ quality with non-specialized quality makes students get a job successfully, start an undertaking successfully as the core, and then to build a scientific talent-training system.
