摘要
以花毛茛的叶片为外置体 ,通过不同的处理方法 ,对花毛茛的组织培养进行了初步探索。实验结果表明 :适合愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS +KT 2 0mg/L+2 4 -D 0 5mg/L;适合芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+6 -BA 2 0mg/L+NAA 0 2mg/L。
Through different treatment method, taking leaves as explant, we have carried out a study on the initial induced culture and tissue differentiation of Ranunculus asiaticus. The experimental result demonstrated that treatment on MS medium with 2.0 mg· L^-1 KT and 0.5 mg· L^- 12, 4 - D was best for inducing callus; treatment on MS medium with 2.0 mg· L^- 6 - BA and 0.2 mg· L^-1 NAA was best for tissue differentiation.
