摘要
学位论文开题报告由文献调研、相关技术发展水平、具体实验室条件、主观能动性等因素决定,对学位论文研究工作起到定位作用.论述了以问题作为开题报告中心和整体思路的观点,分析了开题报告的各个组成部分,并对其进行了评价.
The dissertation proposal is determined by the literature search, the development of related science and technology, the condition of laboratory and students＇ ability. It positions the whole dissertation research. The argument is put forward that the center of proposal and whole consideration is problem. Every part of proposal is analysed. How to evaluate the proposal is discussed.
