摘要
用2-乙基己基磷酸单乙己酯(P507)为固相萃取剂,微色谱柱分离矿石中基体元素,富集稀土元素,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定15个稀土元素含量.用单因素法优化ICP工作参数.实验表明,在pH=2.5的酸性介质中,15个稀土元素的回收率均在92.4%~111.1%之间;相对标准偏差为0.46%~15.58%;各稀土元素的检测限在 0.000 6~0.008 4 μg/mL之间.
In this paper, separating matrix elements and enriching 15 - rareearths in mineral with P507 micro - column chromatography and determiming by ICP- AES was studied in detail. The optimal ICP working parameters were selected in trun. The result of working parameters showed : the recovery rate of addition is between 92.4 % ~ 111.1% ; the relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.46% ~ 15.58% ;the detection limit is 0.0006~0.0084μg/mL.
