介绍了不间断生产行业动力在线监测系统的设计、开发过程。该系统能对用户端三相电能质量进 行实时、可靠的监测。提出了一种基于MCU-Rabbit2000-PC机的嵌入式实时数据采集系统架构,实现电 能质量监测的网络化。其中高速电能质量数据的采集由单片机完成,数据通过Rabbit2000传输到以太 网络,PC机对接收到的数据进行分析、存储和图形化显示。详细介绍了保证数据采集精度和实时性的 几项关键技术。
A real-time system for quick and reliabe power quality(PQ) monitoring is introduced. It is based on a new structure of MCU, Rabbit2000 and PC, which can resolve the problems of online monitoring, real-time data analysis and networking data transfer. The high-speed data are firstly sampled by MCU, and then trans- ferred to PC that can process the data with graphic human-machine interface by Rabbit2000 via Ethernet. Key technologies that can improve the system' s real-time property and accuracy are specified.
