合成蒸汽汽缸油生产工艺的改进

摘要 通过改进合成蒸汽汽缸油的生产工艺,一方面通过提高主要原料皂蜡和氯气反应的成槽密度即氯化率,从而提高缩聚油粘度,另一方面通过调整蒸馏过程中的工艺参数,得到高粘度,高闪点的塔底重组分,使之与低粘度,高闪点的烯烃合成油混兑,获得合格的合成蒸汽汽缸油,通过以上工艺改进,降低主要原料皂蜡的消耗定额,从而降低合成蒸汽汽缸油的生产成本。 Through Improvement the production process of synthetic steam cylinder oil , after the reaction of main material saponated paraffin and chlorine gas, the terminal density (chlorine content) and polymerization oil's viscosity can be increased. On the other side, by adjusting parameter of distillation, the high viscosity high flash point heavy content be created at the bottom of reaction tower. Mix them with low viscosity high flash point alkene synthetic oil, synthetic steam cylinder oil can be get qualified. By up mentioned process improvement, main material saponated paraffin's consumption be reduced and synthetic steam cylinder oil production cost could be decreased.
