运用价值工程原理和方法建立了评价模型用于选择住房,以求在住宅功能及其价格之间获得最佳平衡,使购房者的有限资金获得最大的效益,同时为置业顾问的购房咨询工作提供参考。运用该模型选择住宅,操作起来简单,有利于购房者的理性消费和房地产业的良性发展。
In order to obtain the best balance between the housing function and its price, the author established the appraisal model of VE to choose among some residence. This model can be used to make home-buyer's obtain the biggest benefit with limited fund, and provide consultant the reference for housing consultation. It is very simple to use this model for Choosing residence. Meanwhile it's advantageous for home-buyer's rational expense and the real estate industry benignity development.
