摘要
针对铅垂平面型弯曲井眼,阐明了垂直井段、造斜并段、稳斜井段和降斜井段中抽油杆载荷以及抽油机悬点载荷的计算方法。通过实例分析了抽油杆与油管间挤压力的分布,指出降低造斜点和井眼曲率是改善抽油杆与油管工作条件的有效途径。
A method is presented to calculate the loads of sucker rod in vertical,kick-off,slant and drop-off borehole sections,as well as the load at the suspension point of polished rod of a pumping unit servicing a deviated well with lateral sections in a vertical plane.Through actual case study,the pressure distribution between sucker rod and tubing is analyzed.It is pointed out that lowering the kick-off point and the bore-hole curvature is an effective way to improve the working conditions of sucker rod and tubing.
