摘要 目前钙基脱硫技术是一种被广泛应用的SO2污染控制技术。综述了煤粉锅炉喷钙脱硫技术的国内外最新研究进展,分析了影响脱硫率的几种相关因素,介绍了目前国内外的高效喷钙脱硫方法、脱硫副产物的处理及同时脱硝存在的问题,并就目前煤粉炉喷钙脱硫技术的工业应用状况进行了说明。分析表明炉内燃烧脱硫技术具有成本低廉、效果适中的特点,是解决量大面广的煤粉锅炉污染问题的一项很有潜力的技术。 Desulphurization based on limestone has been widely used to control SO2 contamination. The progress in FGD by limestone injection in pulverized coal fired boilers was reviewed in this paper and several relative factors contributing to the desulphurization rate were discussed. In addition, this paper introduced the high-efficient desulphurization by limestone injection, the treatment of FGD by-product, the problems resulted from simultaneous denitrification and the industrial application of this technology. The analysis shows that the technology is of low cost and moderate effect, besides, it is one of the promising way to control SO2 emissions in coal-fired thermal power plants.
