摘要
基于SMP机群并行编程环境下,提出了一种MPI+Pthread的程序并行化模式。使用这种并行模式实现了对生物DNA序列拼接程序Phrap的并行化。具体分析了Phrap程序的实现流程,对每一流程针对性的提出并行化方案。并且在曙光3000高性能计算机上得到了实现,获得了较好的性能。
We introduced a program Parallelization model of MPI+Pthread on SMP Cluster and parallelized a program Phrap which is a program for assembling shotgun DNA sequence data. We analyzed program according the flow of Phrap and implemented parallelization of phrap on dawning 3000 computer. The results show that the method can get better performance.
