摘要
用光栅尺和球杆仪组成的测量系统检测了两轴联动精密数控工作台圆运动误差,分析了这两种测量方式的误差源及特征;通过对测量误差数学建模,识别出球杆仪的定位误差和光栅尺安装误差,并提出了光栅尺安装倾斜误差的修正方法,为实现工作台高精度位置控制奠定了基础。
The circle motion errors of two -axis synchro-motion precision NC worktable are measured by the measurement system composed of the grating scale and the ball bar meter. The error resource and the characteristics of two measurement methods are analyzed. By establishing of the mathematic model of the measurement error, the positioning error of the ball bar meter and the installation error of the grating scale are identified, and the modifying methods for the installation incline error of the grating scale are proposed which will lay a fundation for realizing high precision position control of the worktable.
