摘要
针对C9220A型半自动车床改进的夹紧系统,通过分析各元件的功能,提出了基于模糊集理论的分析方法来解决液压系统工作可靠度的问题。结果表明:该方法用于液压夹紧系统可靠性是行之有效的,较传统的方法更具实用性和有效性。
An improved C9220A series half-automatic lathe clamping system was introduced. By analying its function,a fuzzy gathering theoretical analysis method was proposed to resolve reliable level of hydraulic system. The results show that this method is effective to reliable level analysis of hydraulic clamping system, compared with common method, this method is more practicable.
