摘要
从回收利用废旧PTFE出发,研究了不同粒径的废旧PTFE粉料和不同的参比对PTFE产品伸长率和拉伸强度等性能的影响,找出最好的一组工艺参数并固定此参数,然后分别改变其它填料的添加量,考察了它们对产品性能的影响,找到了包括废旧PTFE各种填料的最佳参比。
For the sake of recycling waste PTFE,the tensibility and tensile strength of FFFE composites filled with different diameter and different proportion of waste PTFE was studied, and the best technics parameters were found. With the technics parameters,the effect of changing the proportion of other stuffing on the properties of PTFE was studied, and the best proportion of different stuffing including waste PTFE was gained.
