摘要
目的探讨用色谱保留指数(I)预测氯酚类和氯苯类污染物对戈卑鱼(Guppy)的半数致死浓度(LC50)。方法分别检测每种氯酚类和氯苯类化合物在色谱柱上的调整保留时间及相应的正构烷烃的调整保留时间,计算I值。根据文献提供的氯酚类和氯苯类化合物对戈卑鱼的LC50及分子连接性指数(1Xv)的计算方法及数据进行相关分析,建立回归模型。结果建立了氯酚类和氯苯类化合物的lg(LC50)与I的一元线性回归方程,氯酚类:lg(LC50)=1.599-2.64×10-3I,r=0.970,P<0.05;氯苯类:lg(LC50)=2.046-3.44×10-3I,r=0.953,P<0.05。模型具总体稳健性。氯苯类化合物回归模型残差高于氯酚类化合物回归模型残差。结论应用该回归方程可以预测大部分氯苯类和氯酚类化合物的急性毒性。
Objective To study the action of chromatogram retention index in forecasting the LC50 of chlorinated phenols and chlorinated benzenes for the Guppy. Methods Chromatogram retention time of chlorinated phenols and chlorinated benzenes were determined, and the LC50 for Guppy was from the published data. Results A regression model was established, for chlorinated phenols, it was lg(LC50)=1.599-2.64×10^-3I, r=0.970, P〈0.05 ;for chlorinated benzenes, it was lg(LC50)=2.046-3.44×10^-3I, r=0.953, P〈0.05. The correlation R2 were 0.941, 0.929 and sx were 0.146 1 and 0.206 7 respectively. Conclusion Application of the equation offered in the present paper will enable the acute toxicity of much organochlorinated compounds to be predicted.
