An Improved Signal Processing Method for Coriolis Mass Flowmeter

摘要 本文采用自适应IIR陷波器对科里奥利质量流量计信号进行滤波,计算其频率;采用自适应谱线增强器从含有噪声的数据中提取出基频信号。然后采用滑动Goertzel算法实时计算两路信号之间的相位差,并根据频率和相位差计算出时间差,测得质量流量。仿真结果表明本文所研究的方法是有效的。 In this paper an adaptive ⅡR notch filter is adopted to process the sensor output signal of Coriolis mass flowrneter and calculate its frequency. An adaptive line enhancer based on the above notch filter extracts the fundamental frequency signal from noisy data. Then the sliding Goertzel algorithm is used to calculate the phase difference between two signals in real time. According to the frequency and phase difference, the time interval of the two signals are obtained and the mass flowrate are measured. The simulation results show that algorithms studied in this paper are effective.
