摘要
服务型政府是针对传统的管理型政府而提出的,它的建立势在必行,然而,目前在构建服务型政府过程中还存在着一些观念误区,公务员整体素质不高,各种机制和法律制度不完善,服务要求不明确、服务质量标准不规范等问题。为此,必须清理观念上的误区,大力提高公务员队伍的整体素质,完善各种机制和法律制度,明确服务要求、规范服务质量标准等。
Service-type government is posed according to the traditional management-type government. It is necessary to build service-type government. However, at present some problems exist inbuilding the service-type government. These problems are as follows： false understanding on the service- type government, poor public servant＇s quality, imperfect mechanism and legal system, ambiguous service demand and irregular standards of service quality. Therefore, we must clear the false idea, improve the public servant＇s quality, perfect all kinds of mechanism and legal system, and define clearly the demand and quality＇s standard of service.
