摘要
解决好残疾人的就业问题有利于社会稳定及社会和谐发展,也关系到全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的实现。本文从当前残疾人劳动就业过程中所面临的立法滞后、社会歧视、自身素质低、就业渠道窄等问题入手,在建立和完善残疾人就业法律法规和社会保障体系,争取就业援助等方面进行探索。
To Settle the employment of the disabled is not only helpful to social stability and harmonious development of our society, but also concerns the realization of the grand goal of building the wellto-do society in an all-round way. As to the problems such as the lagging behind of legislation, social discrimination, personal low quality and shallow employment channels in the course of the employ the disabled, the paper carries on beneficial exploration on setting up or perfecting the laws and ment of regula tions of the employment of the disabled and the system of social security. It also gives some suggestions on how to get employment aids from the society.
