摘要
长期以来邮政储蓄在中央支持下得到了快速的发展,但在新政策和金融改革逐步推进的压力下,邮政储蓄又面临巨大的挑战。邮储若想实现可持续发展,就必须走改革之路。在借鉴国外同行成功经验的同时,考虑到国内市场的具体环境,结合自身的实际情况提出成立邮政储蓄银行的改革方案。
Postal savings has developed rapidly under central authorities＇ support for a long time, but with the pressure of new policy and financial reform＇s gradually promotion, it is facing with great challenges again. Only by reform, can postal savings realize sustainable development. Learning from foreign fraternity＇s successful experience, concern with interior market＇s specific environment, combine with self practical condition, and bring out reform plan of establishing postal savings bank.
