摘要
构造了光学薄膜优化设计的评价函数,用模拟退火算法设计了可见光区五层增透膜系,并与传统优化算法DFP变尺度法和单纯形法的设计结果进行了比较。
This paper constructs the evaluation function for optimized design of the optical thin film and designs the multilayer reflection reducing coating in the visible region, by simulated annealing algorithm, and compares the result of the simulated annealing algorithm with that of. the traditional optimization algorithm DFP method and simplex method.
