摘要
本文分析了安徽渔业当前存在的主要问题,提出了“十一五”期间需要重点解决的四个方面的技术难题,以及强化渔业法律、法规的执法力度和推进渔业经营体制创新,提高渔业产业化经营水平的必要性。
This text analyses the main problems of fishery in Anhui Province, which puts forward four kinds of technological problems to be solved in the ＂ Eleventh-Five ＂ period, and brings forward the necessities to strengthen the fishery law as well as the enforcement, furthermore, to promote the fishery dealing systematical innovation and to improve the level of the management in industrialization.
