摘要
目的探索建立万应锭中儿茶素、表儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18柱,以0.04mol/L枸橼酸-N、N-二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃(45∶8∶2)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果儿茶素平均回收率为98.70%,RSD=1.95%;表儿茶素平均回收率为95.60%,RSD=2.18%。结论该法加样回收良好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of catechin and epicatechin in Wanying Troche (万应锭 ).Methods:HPLC was used to determine.The contents of catechin and epicatechin.The separation was performed on ODS- C18 column with 0.04 mol Lcitric acid- N,N- dimethylformamide- tetrahydrofuran (45∶ 8∶ 2) as mobile phase and the wavelength of the UV detector was 280nm with 1.0 ml/min of flow rate.Results:The average recovery of Ephedrine content in Ephedra sinica Stapf is 98.2% ,RSD=2.1% .The average recovery of catechin was 98.70% ,RSD=1.95% .The average recovery of epicatechin was 95.60% ,RSD=2.18% .Conclusion:The methods are accurate and quick in quantitative determination,and can be effectually used to realize the quality control of the preparation.
