摘要
构建高职高专人才培养模式的前提是对高职高专教育进行准确定位。应确立以"应用"为主旨、以"就业"为导向的办学思路,走产学研结合的道路,培养高等技术应用性专门人才。高职高专院校应以能力培养为线,加大教育教学改革力度,主动适应经济和社会发展需要,确保自身稳定、健康、持续发展。
The prerequisite to build up the talents training pattern is to locate the higher vocational education accurately.Higher vocational education should cultivate practical and technical talents taking employment as the orientation. The education combined with production and research is an effective way of training high quality personnels. Meanwhile, higher vocational shools should take the ability training as main point,to emphasize the education and teaching reform, to meet the needs of economic and social development, and to assure schools to develop steadily, healthly and sustainably.
