设计了一种描述饲养场牲畜头数或自然栖息地野生动物头数的动态特征的生灭系统，分析了系统的稳定性，得到了在临界稳定平衡中的极限状态解，
The paper designates a kind of birth-and-death system to describe the dynamic characteristic of the population of animal on a farm or in a natural inhabits. The system stability is analyzed in details and the limit solution to the state equation at critically stable equilibrium is obtained as well.
