摘要
目的:探讨缓解性血清阴性对称性滑膜炎伴凹陷性水肿综合征(RS3PE)的临床特点,减少漏诊和误诊.方法:回顾性分析4例RS3PE综合征患者的临床资料并复习相关文献.结果:4例均为男性,年龄53～80岁, 均表现为突发双手、足背凹陷性水肿及多关节炎;4例患者ESR、CRP均有升高,3例铁蛋白升高,4例患者RF(-).3例经激素和MTX治疗有效,1例NSAIDs有效.结论:RS3PE是一种异质性临床症候群,与风湿性,感染性,肿瘤性疾病密切相关,积极治疗可减少复发.
Objective：To study the clinical manifestation of remitted seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema （RS3PE） syndrome and reduce an omission and error of diagnosis. Methods ：The symptomes ,signs ,laboratory characteristic of 4 patients with RS3PE syndrom were retrospectively studied and the related literatures were reviewed. Results：All the patients were males, 53- 80 years in age;the main clinical features of the 4 patiens were polyarthritis and acute onset of symmetrical edematin both hands and both feet;the values of ESR,CRP were significantly higher in 4cases,and FERRITIN were higer in 3 cases;RF were negative in 4 cases. The three of the four patients showed better responses after the treatment of MTX and corticosteroids,and one patient was showed better responses to NSAIDS. Conclusion：RS3PE syndrome is a beterogeneous syndrome,and is associated with different rheumatologic ,neoplastic,or infectious diseases. It will be less recurrent by treating activily.
