摘要
文中对基于光反馈效应下的注入电流调制式激光干涉仪在测量中出现的条纹锁定现象进行了探讨。在建立等效的Faby-perot谐振腔模型的基础上,进行理论分析和数学推导,得到干涉仪所生成条纹的相位与激光器注入电流间的关系,定性的解释条纹锁定现象。
A fringe locking phenomenon in a laser diode interferometer with optical feedback under injection-current modulation in measurement is studied. Through theoretical Analysis and mathematical deduction based on a equivalent Fabry-Perot cavity, the dependence of the fringe phase on the change of the injection-current of the interferometer is proposed and qualitatively explaining the fringe locking phenomenon.
