摘要
目的探讨耳内镜下治疗耳真菌病的优越性.方法对35例(36耳)耳真菌病患者在耳内镜下进行清理、喷放制霉菌素药粉或填塞碘仿纱条.结果经2～4周的治疗,平均随访1.4年,治愈率达94.4%.结论耳内镜的使用能达到彻底清理病灶、微创等目的,利于耳真菌病早日顺利康复.
Objective To evaluate the treatment of otoscope for otomycosis. Methods 35 patients （36ears） with oto-mycosis were treated by cleaning under otoscope and aspersion of nystatin powder as well as insertion of a iodoform gauze. Resulths After 2 or 4 weeks＇ treatment, The cure rate of oto-mycosis reached 94.4%. Conclusion Using otoscope for oto-mycosis could remove the focus thoroughly and accelerate oto-mycosis＇ healing. This is a rapid, safe and efficient procedure.
