摘要
通过对空调下面板的结构和工艺性分析,介绍了该模具的结构设计、工作过程及关键部分的设计及热流道在该模具中的应用。经生产验证,该模具结构设计合理、可靠,对类似产品的注射模设计有很好的参考价值。
By analyzing the structure and the process characters of under-plate of air-conditioner, the mold＇s structural design, working process and critical part design, as well as the application of hot runner in this mold are introduced respectively. Experienced by manufacture, it proves that the mold＇s structure is feasible and reliable, and can be a good reference to the injection mold design of similar products.
