摘要
人大的职责是代表人民对政府行使权力进行监督,但由于在体制和监督机制及监督方法上的种种原因出现监督滞后和监督缺失。本文通过对人大监督存在的问题的分析,提出如何完善监督机制,改善监督方法,真正行使好人大监督的权力。
The National People＇s Congress＇（NPC） responsibility is to exercise supervision power to government standing by broad masses,but because of improper supervision system and ways supervision procrastination and failure often occur. This paper analyzes systematically this problem and suggests some effective means supervision system and improve supervision ways for carrying out NPC＇s rights significantly.
