压电免疫传感器检测乙肝表面抗原的实验研究

摘要 目的:研制一种新型、快速的用于检测乙肝表面抗原的压电免疫传感器.方法:采用SPA作载体吸附于压电免疫传感器的金电极表面上,再组装乙肝表面抗原单克隆抗体制成免疫传感器,将其用于临床血样的检测,探索了传感器的组装条件,考察了传感器的响应特性.结果:传感器的检测范围在 0.004~0.03 mg/ml.结论:该方法重现性和选择性好,易于操作,能快速有效地检测乙肝表面抗原. Objective:To develop a new kind of piezoi which can detect the HBsAg in a short time. Methods: Protein A from Staphylococcus aureaus could be absorbed on the gold surface of the piezoi r. It was used as the carrier to obtain the antibody of HBsAg. Then this piezoimmunosensor could be used in the detction of the clinical blood specimen. Study on its assembly condition and its response was done. Results: The range of this piezoimmunosensor was 0. 004 - 0. 03 mg/ ml, Conclusion:The method has good reproductivity and selectivity and can be easily used in detecting HBsAg,
