摘要
将齐鲁石化公司生产的LH-03柴油加氢精制催化剂应用于胜利炼油厂600kt/a柴油加氢装置中,同时加有LH-04加氢保护剂,对其工业应用进行了研究。结果表明,应用该催化剂后,直馏柴油的性能达到GB/T262—88优级柴油质量标准;直馏-焦化柴油和催化-直馏-焦化柴油质量满足GB/T19147—2003清洁柴油及欧洲车用Ⅱ号柴油标准。
To meet the requirement of processing sour crude oil,the LH-03 diesel oil hydrofining catalyst was applied in a 600kt/a diesel oil hydrogenation unit of Qilu Petrochemical Company. The results showed that LH-03 catalyst could meet the hydrorefining needs of different kinds of diesel oil and had good HDS activity and regeneration.
