摘要
目的探索模拟机及CT导引经皮肺穿并发症的防治。方法模拟定位机导引经皮肺穿300例,CT定位经皮肺穿50例。结果穿刺后气胸发生率分别为7%和6%;出血发生率分别为16.6%和14%。结论模拟机及CT导引经皮肺穿,掌握好适应证,医、护、技、患密切配合,并发症可降到最低,一旦发生并发症积极处理可痊愈。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of complications in the transthoracic needle biopsy of lung under simulator and computer tomography（CT）. Methods Three hundred patients were received simulator-guided transthoracic needle biopsy of lung and 50 patients were received CT-guided operation. Results Under the simulator-guided and CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy of lung, the rates of pneumothorax were 7% and 6% respectively, and the rates of hemorrhage were 16. 6% and 14% respectively. Conclusion Simulator and CT guided percutaneous transthoracic were safe and fast for diagnosis with high accuracy for pulmonary lesions. It was very important for the doctors, nurses, technicans and patients in close cooperation to prevent and treat the complications in the transthoracic needle biopsy of lung under simulator and CT.
