摘要
本文设计了一种适用于小功率场合的变频器。该变频器采用AT89C51作为主控芯片,SPWM波的产生由专用集成芯片SA4828芯片独立完成,主回路中采用智能化功率器件(IPM),该变频器具有体积小,性能稳定等优点。
A 3-phase inventor is introduced in this article. In this inventor the AT89C51 is the control chip, SA4828 is used to produce the SPWM and the intelligent power module is used in main loop. The inverter＇s advantage is small and reliable.
