摘要
目前,我国中小银行银行在信息化建设过程中遇到了资金短缺、信息技术人员匮乏等问题,IT外包为中小银行实现资源优化配置、节约成本、强化核心能力、提高服务水平、引进先进技术提供了新的思路。本文介绍了中小银行利用IT外包进行信息化建设的有益探索,探讨了中小银行IT外包后面临的名种风险,提出了相应的管理策略。
Now the civil small-and-medium banks in informatization construction are facing some serious problems, such as short of funds, lack of information experts. IT Outsourcing offers a new way to optimize the small-and-medium banks, internal resources, save cost, concentrate on their core competence, improve the service, and introduce the advanced technique. Some small-and-medium banks outsourcing their information systems are reviewed,the risk of IT outsourcing is analyzed and the measures are proposed in this thesis.
