论述了新形势下研究生面临的就业压力并对开展研究生就业指导工作的迫切性、必要性以及如何做好研究生就业指导工作做了初步探讨。
This article discusses the employment pressure of the graduate student under the new situation and the urgency and necessity of the employment guide and how to do it.
