摘要
随着高校负债规模的扩大,部分高校事业基金已连续几年出现负结余,如不及早加以重视采取必要的防范措施,势必会导致高校资金链的断裂,在着重分析了导致高校资金链断裂的潜在因素的基础上,提出了一些必要的风险防范措施。
Along with the enlargement of college obligation scope, the part of college cause fund cash surplus continuously shows the negative cash surplus in several years, if too late attaching importance to the precautions to adopt necessity worning, will certainly lead to the splotting of college fund chain. This paper, throuyh the analysis on the college fund chain split, has put forward some necessary precautions.
