分析了氯碱生产中发生安全事故的主要原因。通过建立准确科学的监测手段,增设连锁、报警装置和事故处理系统以及建立应急机制,构筑了6道安全防线,确保安全生产。
The main reasons of accidents in chlor-alkali production were analysed. Six safety line of defenses for safety production were established, including exact and scientific monitoring method, establish interlock, alarm device, treatment system of accidents and emergency mechanism.
