摘要
目的:确定超临界CO2萃取满山红挥发油的最佳实验条件。方法:采用正交实验确定超临界CO2萃取满山红挥发油的最佳实验条件。结果:超临界CO2萃取满山红挥发油的最佳实验条件为:萃取压力25M Pa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2.5h,萃取率3.82%,水蒸汽蒸馏提取得率0.24%。结论:超临界CO2萃取法优于传统的水蒸气蒸馏法。
Objective: To establish the optimal experimental conditions for extracting volatile oil from Folium Rhododendri Daurici by supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2). Methods: We used orthogonal design to determine the optimal experimental conditions for extracting volatile oil from Folium Rhododendri Daurici by SFE-CO2. Results: The optimal experimental conditions for extracting volatile oil from Folium Rhododendri Daurici by SFE- CO2 were as follows: extracting pressure 25MPa , extracting temperature 45℃ , extracting time 2.5h, extracting rate 3. 82%, steam distillation extracting rate 0. 24%, etc. Conclusion: The extraction of volatile oil from Folium Rhododendri Daurici by SFE-CO2 is superior to traditional steam distillation ways.
