摘要
针对目前马铃薯淀粉生产的自动控制程度较低问题,对生产线进行实地考察和深入 研究,给出了生产线的自动控制设计方案.采用可编程控制器控制生产过程,避免频繁的开停车,连 续、稳定的生产过程避免了淀粉生产的质量波动,提高了生产优质产品的几率、产出比和生产效率.
Aimed at the lower of degree of the automatic control in the potato starch production. Transiting the survey and investigation in the production lines, The automatic control design in the lines is done. The programmable logic controller control production line avoids opening the parking multifariously, and continuous and stable production line can avoid the quantity fluctuation, raising rates of the high-quality products and the ratio, production efficiency.
