摘要
总结Buschke-Loewenstein瘤诊治经验，回顾分析1985～2003年诊治的7例，采用手术、激光联合化学药物综合治疗方案治愈率高、疗程短，并能有效预防肛门狭窄的发生。
For summarizing the diagnosis ＆ treatment experience on Busehke-Loewenstein neoplasms,the data of 7 case of this disease（1985-2003yr. ） were analysed retrospectively. Results showed that comprehensive therapeutic programmes of operation, laser treatment combined with chemical agents achieved higher curative rate and shorter treatment course,and can effectively prevent anal stenosis.
