摘要
目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中预防并发症发生的经验.方法回顾性分析我院施行LC 292例的临床资料.结果 292例LC无并发症发生,主动中转开腹5例,住院时间为4～6 d,均痊愈出院.结论完善的术前准备、熟练的腹腔镜手术技能及认真细致地操作,可以有效地防止并发症的发生.
Objective To summarize the experience of preventing the complications during laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods Clinical records of 292 cases of LC were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 292 cases underwent LC without complications. Among them, 5 cases underwent LC of active conversion into surgery. The other 287 cases had stayed in hospital for 4 to 6 days and all recovered. Conclusion The prefect preparation of operation, the proficient operational skills of LC and careful, delicate operation can prevent the complication from taking place.
