摘要
使用透明胶带逐层剥离皮肤角质层,使其变薄。用自行研制的伏安特性测量仪表对未剥离、5次剥离、10次剥离和20次剥离的皮肤进行测定,结果发现伏安曲线都存在一个电阻突然降低的击穿点及对应的击穿功率阈值(VIB),而随着剥离次数的成倍增加,VIB明显下降(P<0.01,n=20)。笔者的分析表明,经络的低阻抗现象可能与VIB和角质层的厚度有关。
The cutin layer was thinned by silky tape. The volt-ampere feature were measured by a volt-ampere instrument. It was found that there was a electric breaking point on the curve which associated with a certain voltage and a current vaule (VIB). The VIB decessed significantly when the times of silking inceased mutiplcly (P<0. 01, n= 20). We supposeal that the low impedance of the meridian meight associat with the VIB and the thickness of cutin layer.
