摘要
本文研究了苦参注射液对五种临床致病菌的体外抗菌作用,结果表明:对金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、猪丹毒杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为15.63、>250、250、31.25、15.63mg/mL;;最低杀菌浓度为31.25、>250、250、62.50、31.25mg/mL。本文还研究了苦参注射液与青霉素、链霉素、复方氨基比林配伍后抗菌作用的变化,结果表明:苦参注射液不能增强青霉素的体外抗菌作用但能增强链霉素的体外抗菌作用,苦参注射液与复方氨基比林配伍后,其体外抗菌作用不受影响。
This paper reports the antibiotic activity in vitro of sophoraflavescens Ait. injection for the pathogenic baeteria from veter inary clinical: S.aurous, E. coli, S. cholerasuis, E.rhusiopathiae, B. cereus. MIC of the bacteriawere 15. 63, >250. 250, 31. 25, 15. 63 mg/mL respectiyely. MBC is 31. 25, >250, 250,62. 50, 31. 25mg/ml respectively. This paper also reports the antibiotic activityin vitro of the compatibility of sophora flavescens Ait. injection with benzylpenicillinum kalicum, strcotomycini sulfas, injectio amidopyrini composita. Theresults show as follows: sophora flavesceus Ait.injection can not strengthen theantibiotic aetivity in vitro of benzyl penicillinum kalieum but can strengthenone of streotomycini sulfas. Its compatible antibiotic activity in vitro witlinjectio amidopyrini composita was not influenced.
