摘要
通过科学的采样、初筛、复筛等合理的试验设计和大量研究工作,筛选到1株弹性蛋白酶高产菌株EL112,该菌株鉴定为Bacillus pseudofirmus。试验采用正交试验得出产弹性蛋白酶菌株的的最佳发酵条件:温度37℃,pH 7.5,转速150r/min。
Through scientific designing and plentiful working, a bacillus had been filtrated, this strain was temporarily identified as Bacillus Pseudofirmus EL112 combination of the characteristics of morphology and physiology. And through science studying, I had found the best condition, the optimum temperature and pH tiffs enzyme are respectively:37℃ ,pH 7.5 and rate 150r/min.
