摘要
心理咨询老师的咨询工作能左右学生成长,因此,咨询老师本身的专业知识和修养十分重要。本文重点就专业化理论知识、正确的人生价值观、尊重别人、保守秘密四个方面论及咨询队伍的建设。
The teachers＇ work of counseling can affect the growth of students. Therefore, the teachers ＇ professional knowledge and attainments are very important. This paper has discussed a few factors in the development of psychological consulting band in tertiary schools, which include professional knowledge, the correct attitude toward life; respect of others, and respect of privacy.
