摘要
以秋粘虫(Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9)的细胞为材料,用不同浓度的CdCl2,通过 Giemsa染色的形态学方法,研究其细胞凋亡.结果表明,在重金属离子的胁迫作用下,不同浓度的重金属离子致使细胞死亡率不同;其急性损伤域为1~36μmol/L;20μmol/L CdCl2作用6 h后, Sf9细胞出现了凋亡小体.
The morphological characteristic of cell apoptosis was studied under different CdCl2 concentration by means of Giemsa staining in Sf9 cells in this paper. The result demonstrated that the ratio of cell death was increased according to the increasing concentrations of CdCl2 and infective time. The range of acute damage of CdCl2 was from 1 to 36μmol/L. The apoptosis objects can be observed under 20μmol/L after 6 hours.
