摘要
介绍了管理者融资收购的历史及其特征,并对比西方的MBO,分析了当前我国管理者融资收购操作中存在的主要问题,如融资问题、定价问题、信息披露问题等,然后提出了一些政策建议。
This paper introduces the history and characteristics of management buyouts （MBO） through financing, and by comparison with Western MBO, analyzes the existing problems in the operation of MBO through financing in China such as problems in financing, pricing, and information exposure, and sets forth some policy suggestions.
