摘要
新课程改革在我国迅猛推进,在新课改中班主任如何才能适应新的教育要求是每一个教师应该思考的问题。文章从教育理念的更新和班主任教育角色的转变两个角度对此进行了探讨。
The reform of new course is moving forward rapidly in our country. How does the teacher in charge of class adapt the new educational requirement during the reform of new course？ We are going to explore to perspectives to the problem that renew the conception of education and change the role of education of teachers in charge of class.
