摘要
针对我校健美操选修课男生少女生多现象,分析其成因.如何进一步提高我校男女大学生对健美操认识,本文提出了相应的对策和建议.这对改变目前状况,促进健美操课的普及和发展具有积极的意义.
The causes is analysed about the phenomena mat mucn more girl students take the aerobics lesson than boy students in our university. How to further improve the understanding about aerobics among students in our university and put forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion are the main topics of this paper. This helps to change the state at present and has positive meanings to promote the popularization and development of the aerobics course.
